All cancellations require 24 hours notice. In the event that the client does not give 24 hours notice, the client will be charged for full amount of the scheduled appointment. There will be no exceptions.
Expiration dates for all packages are 180 days from the date of purchase. A refund can be obtained on the unused portion of the package within five business days of its purchase. A refund will not be given after 5 business days or on used sessions.
